Karina Fay has forged a style of her own, uniquely blending textures and colour into an array of paintings depicting many themes.

Her latest works explore the relationship between the seen and unseen, while exploring the beautiful mountainous landscape that surrounds us. Her works are influenced by nature and travel, capturing glimpses of surreal landscapes and the ever changing effect of weather and light.

She works in acrylic medium, with the addition of material in many pieces. She has exhibited artwork in New Zealand and the South Pacific with pieces scattered throughout the globe.

Her passion for painting comes from a life well lived. She is based in Wānaka, New Zealand, where she paints and teaches art and floral design through her online platform, Monark Gallery NZ.
